Coach Mike McGill
Mike is a former 4-time Maryland State medalist and 2-time Maryland State Champ. One of the best local products of all time from the Western Maryland area. After completing his record setting high school career Mike went on to wrestle for the University of Maryland Terps where he was a big part of their return to national prominence. Wrestling under two of the best coaches in our sport Pat Santoro (current coach at Lehigh Univeristy) and Kerry McCoy (current Terps coach) Mike had a great career despite being sidelined by multiple injuries. Mike has coached the Maryland National Team that traveled to Fargo, North Dakota for the National Championships in 2010 (Greco/ Freestyle). Mike has now returned to the area were he served as the assistant coach at Boonsboro High School while finishing his Bachelor's degree.
Coach Joe Minoglio
Joe has been involved in wrestling since age 8. He was an accomplished wrestler in Junior League for the Randallstown Optimist Program. Joe was an accomplished tournament wrestler throughout his Beltway League career and was coached by Guy Pritzker. During Joe's first year in High School he won the Baltimore County Championship. He continued to wrestle until an unfortunate accident sidelined his High School career. Joe wrestled internationally for the United States Army throughout Germany (Greco/Freestyle). He took third place in the prestigious VII Corps Championship Tournament. Joe has coached Junior League Wrestling since 1997 to the present.
Coach Dom Proce
Dominic has been involved in wrestling for the last 4 decades. He was an accomplished youth and collegiate wrestler. He the Assistant Coach at Locust Valley High School in the late 1970's. At Locust Valley, Coach Dom help produce two future NCAA Division I Champions and the team won the New York State Championship. Dominic has coached Junior League Wrestling since 1999 to the present.
